Terms of Service

Effective date: September 6, 2026

Operator: Creative80 Guides, New York, United States. Contact: tiernito250@gmail.com

Leer estos términos en español → · Privacy Policy →

These terms govern the use of Creative80 Studio (the “Service”), operated by Creative80 Guides (“we”). By creating an account or using the Service you accept these terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. What the Service is

Creative80 Studio is a subscription service that automatically creates videos with artificial intelligence (script, voice, images, captions and thumbnail) from the topic, language, tone and length you configure, and publishes them to the YouTube channel you connect through Google authorization.

The Service does not edit your personal videos and does not upload material it did not produce, except for your logo and the brand photos you choose to include.

You must be 18 or older and legally able to enter into a contract. You are responsible for keeping your account secure.

2. Your channel, your Google permissions

By clicking “Connect my YouTube” you authorize us to upload videos and metadata to your channel, read your channel's basic data and statistics, and delete the private test video that confirms the connection. You can revoke that authorization at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions or from the dashboard.

If you revoke access or Google invalidates the token, we pause publishing on that channel until you reconnect it. Minutes reserved for a video that could not be published for that reason are returned to your balance.

You must be the owner of the connected channel or have the owner's express authorization.

3. Content: ownership and responsibility

The content the Service produces from your settings and publishes to your channel is yours: we assign to you all rights we may hold in it to the extent the law allows. You may use, edit and monetize it as you wish.

That content is also your responsibility. You choose the topic, tone and channel; you publish it under your name. Review what gets published and take down anything you are not comfortable with.

The content is generated with artificial intelligence and is declared as such on every upload, as YouTube requires. It may contain errors or inaccuracies: do not treat it as professional advice and verify any facts that matter to you.

By uploading your logo and photos you warrant that you hold the rights to them, that they do not feature minors and that they do not infringe third-party rights.

4. YouTube policies and prohibited uses

You warrant that your use of the Service and the content published to your channel comply with the YouTube Terms of Service, the YouTube Community Guidelines and any applicable monetization policies. The Service uses YouTube API Services, so you are also bound by the YouTube Terms of Service (youtube.com/t/terms) and the Google Privacy Policy (policies.google.com/privacy).

You may not use the Service to produce or publish: misleading content or misinformation; unsubstantiated medical, health or financial claims or promises of results; hateful, harassing or violent content; sexual or adult content; content aimed at minors as its main audience; content that infringes copyright, trademarks or image rights; spam, artificial engagement schemes or anything YouTube does not allow.

We automatically filter prohibited niches and reject topics that touch them. General educational content about health or money is allowed with the appropriate disclaimer, always without promises or diagnoses.

We may pause or terminate accounts that breach this section, without refunding minutes already used.

5. Plans, minutes and payments

The Service is sold as monthly plans that include a number of produced video minutes per month, a maximum number of channels and a maximum length per video. Prices and plan conditions are shown at checkout and may change with at least 30 days' notice; changes apply at the next renewal.

Payments are made through Stripe on the website and renew automatically every month until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from the dashboard; the plan stays active until the end of the paid period and does not renew afterwards.

Minutes are deducted from your balance when a video is produced. Minutes already used on produced videos are non-refundable. Unused minutes do not roll over to the next month, except those from add-on packs, which remain until the end of the cycle in which they were purchased.

If a video is not produced because of a failure on our side, the reserved minutes return to your balance automatically. We do not offer a free trial without a payment method. Courtesy accounts and coupons are granted at our discretion and may be withdrawn.

Applicable taxes are added to the price where the law requires it.

6. No guarantee of results

We sell consistent video production and publishing. We do not guarantee views, subscribers, revenue, monetization, acceptance into the YouTube Partner Program or any specific outcome. YouTube decides what it shows, monetizes and removes, and may change its rules at any time.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. We will make reasonable efforts to keep it running continuously, but there may be interruptions due to maintenance, provider failures (Google, AI providers, hosting) or causes beyond our control.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim related to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the event giving rise to the claim.

We are not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, loss of data, loss of your channel's revenue, penalties or content removals decided by YouTube, or for the content you configure and publish.

You will indemnify us against third-party claims arising from the content published to your channel or from your breach of these terms.

8. Cancellation and account deletion

You can cancel the subscription or delete the account at any time from the dashboard. When you delete the account we revoke access to your channel and delete your data as described in the Privacy Policy. Videos already published on your channel remain on YouTube under your control.

We may suspend or close your account if you breach these terms, if payment fails and is not resolved, or if we stop providing the Service; in the latter case we will give you reasonable notice and will not charge for periods not provided.

9. Intellectual property of the Service

The software, design, trademarks and documentation of the Service belong to us or our licensors. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service in accordance with these terms. You may not copy it, resell it or use it to build a competing service.

10. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York (United States), without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be submitted to the state or federal courts located in the State of New York, without prejudice to any non-waivable rights granted to you by the law of your country of residence.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. If a change is material, we will notify you by email or in the dashboard at least 15 days in advance. If you keep using the Service after the effective date, you accept the new terms.
