This policy explains what data we collect on creative80guides.com (the “Site”) and in Creative80 Studio (the “Service”), what we use it for, who we share it with and what rights you have. It is written in plain language on purpose: if something is unclear, write to us.

1. Who we are

Creative80 Guides is a New York (USA) based brand that operates six YouTube channels, this Site and Creative80 Studio, a subscription service that produces videos with artificial intelligence and publishes them to the YouTube channel the user connects.

2. Data we collect on the Site

  • Waitlist and early access: if you sign up, we store your email address and the optional answers in the form (for example whether you are interested in Studio or how many videos you publish). The form is run by MailerLite on our behalf. You can unsubscribe from the link in any email.
  • Technical server logs: our hosting provider (Hostinger) keeps standard access logs (IP address, date, requested page, browser) for a limited time for security and performance reasons.
  • Embedded YouTube videos: channel pages show thumbnails and only load the YouTube player (youtube-nocookie.com) when you press play. From that moment Google's privacy policy applies.
  • We do not use third-party analytics tools or personalized advertising on the Site. We do not set our own tracking cookies.

3. Creative80 Studio: data from your Google account

To publish to your channel, Studio asks you once for authorization through Google sign-in (OAuth). We request only these permissions:

  • youtube.upload — upload to YOUR channel the videos, thumbnails and metadata (title, description, tags) you configure in Studio, and delete the 5-second private test video that confirms the connection.
  • youtube.readonly — read your channel's name, picture and ID so we can show you which channel you connected and verify that uploads completed.
  • yt-analytics.readonly — read your channel's performance statistics (views, watch time, subscribers, traffic sources) to show them in your dashboard and steer your topic bank toward what works.

Google data we store: your channel ID, name and picture, the email of the Google account you connected with, the encrypted access token that lets us publish on your behalf, the IDs of the videos we publish and aggregated performance statistics.

What we use it for, and nothing else: producing and publishing the videos you configure (topic, language, tone, length and schedule), showing you your channel's status and performance, warning you if the connection is lost, and handling your support requests.

What we do NOT do with your Google data: we do not sell it, we do not use it for advertising, we do not use it to train artificial-intelligence models, we do not hand it to data brokers, and no member of our team reads it except to resolve a support issue you ask us about or when required by law.

Creative80 Studio's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

4. Other data in your Studio account

  • Account data: name, email and dashboard language (they come from your Google sign-in).
  • Your channel settings: the one-sentence topic, language, tone, length, schedule, topic bank and the brand images you upload (logo and up to 10 photos of your own). Do not upload photos of third parties or of minors.
  • Produced videos: scripts, audio, images and the final file. They are kept temporarily so we can publish them and retry if something fails.
  • Billing: handled by Stripe. We only store your Stripe customer ID, plan, subscription status and minute balance. We never see or store your full card number.
  • Transactional emails (welcome, video published, error, “reconnect your channel”): sent by our email provider on our behalf.

5. Who we share data with

Only with providers we need to run the Service, and only the data each one needs:

  • Hosting and database (our own server in a data center, and Supabase): store the account, settings and encrypted tokens.
  • Google / YouTube: receives the videos and metadata we publish to your channel.
  • Artificial-intelligence providers for script, voice and images (for example Anthropic, OpenAI and free stock-image libraries): they receive only the topic and the script text. They never receive data from your Google account.
  • Stripe: payments and billing.
  • MailerLite and the transactional email provider: sending emails.
  • Authorities: only when a law or a valid order requires it.

We do not sell personal data. We do not share Google data with any third party other than the infrastructure providers listed above, and only to the extent needed to provide the Service.

6. How long we keep data

  • Google tokens: as long as the channel is connected. They are deleted when you disconnect the channel, delete your account, or when Google revokes them.
  • Videos and intermediate files: up to 7 days after publishing; up to 30 days if production failed (so we can retry). Then they are deleted automatically.
  • Performance statistics: in aggregated form while the account is active.
  • Account and billing data: while the account exists, and afterwards for the minimum period required by tax and accounting rules (billing records are kept without any Google data).
  • Backups: encrypted, rotated within 30 days.
  • Waitlist: until you unsubscribe.

7. How to revoke access and delete your data

  • Disconnect a channel: in the Studio dashboard, on the channel page, “Disconnect”.
  • Revoke access from Google at any time: go to myaccount.google.com/permissions, find “Creative80 Studio” and click “Remove access”. Studio immediately loses the ability to publish to your channel.
  • Delete your account and all your data: “Delete my account” button in the dashboard, or write to the contact address from your account email. We revoke the Google token and delete tokens, settings, videos and your personal data within 30 days at most. Videos already published on your YouTube channel are yours and we do not touch them.
  • Access, correction and portability: you can ask us for a copy of your data or to correct it by writing to the contact address.

8. Security

Google tokens are stored encrypted; connections use HTTPS; access to systems is limited to the people who operate the Service; backups are encrypted. No system is infallible: if we detect an incident affecting your data, we will notify you without undue delay.

9. Minors

The Site and the Service are intended for people aged 18 or older. We do not knowingly collect data from minors. Photos you upload to Studio must not feature minors.

10. International transfers

We operate from the United States and use providers that may process data in the US and in the European Union. By using the Site or the Service you accept that processing.

11. Changes to this policy

If we change anything material, we will update the effective date on this page and, if you have a Studio account, notify you by email or in the dashboard before the change takes effect.
